Tamara Tomić-Vajagić
Tamara Tomić-Vajagić is a dance and visual culture scholar with a background in fine arts and dance studies. She works within the School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at University of Roehampton. Her upcoming publications include book chapters on the internet’s apophenic ‘disco girls’ (OUP, forthcoming), and on the material culture in fashion performances by Belgrade’s 1990s troupe, Hats Theatre (Palgrave, forthcoming). She has exhibited in Art Weekend Belgrade: Hotel Belgrade (2021), and has written about the related mock-detective diagramming in Performance Research: On Diagrams and the Diagrammatic (2023). Her upcoming artistic explores social history of the ’90s underground fashion-performance company, Belgrade’s Hats Theatre (Museum of the 1990s, forthcoming). [email protected]
