Results show means±SEM of 3–5 independent experiments performed in duplicate. Doxorubicin was used as positive control in tumor cell lines growth: GI₅₀ (MCF-7) = 42.8±8.2 nM; GI₅₀ (NCI-H460) = 94.0±8.7 nM; GI₅₀ (SF-268) = 93.0±7.0 nM. Cyclosporin A was used as positive control in lymphocyte proliferation (IC₅₀ = 0.34±0.04 µM).
