Job Factors
	1. Meaningful Work	perception that one’s work is significant, meaningful, and beneficial to oneself, patients, society, or country.
	2. Challenging Task	perception that one’s work is challenging in treatment, problem-solving, hard labour, acquiring new abilities, and various tasks.
	3. Task Accomplishment	perception that the results of the completed work, such as the outcome of treatment or surgery, met one’s or the patient’s expectations. The work or project is completed as expected, or the organization reaches its desired objective.
	4. Autonomy	perception of autonomy to make decisions and to be free to work and solve problems.
	5. Work-Life Balance	feeling that one can successfully balance work and personal time and the requirement for daily activities such as rest, hobbies, and health care. Family and friend interactions in private life are appropriate.
Organizational Factors
	1. Fairness	sense that compensation is commensurate with jobs and skills. Receive equitable, fair, and transparent welfare, advancement, and work performance assessments.
	2. Positive Environment	feeling of working among people with determination, energy, positive mindset, and dedication to work.
Relationship Factors
	1. Having a Role Model	feeling that being told a story or having a role model helps them work diligently, be dedicated, and grow. Apply as a working guide the lessons learned from the role model.
	2. Psychological Support	feeling of being supported mentally, understanding, and encouragement from close persons such as family, supervisors, colleagues, and friends.
	3. Work Collaboration	perception that one’s job and those of one’s co-workers are collaborative for the patient’s benefit.
	4. Recognition and Respect	perception of receiving gratitude, significance, respect, approval, and appreciation from others.
Individual Factors
	Spiritual Drive	perception that one’s effort has a mental or spiritual value, moral or religious virtue, such as making merit or doing good. Exhibited compassion towards fellow humans.
