[SI], Selectivity Index. According to the US National Cancer Institute, a compound is cytotoxic on cancer cell, if CC₅₀ ≤4 μg/mL (Geran et al., 1972). In the present study, the compound activity was considered as high (≤4 μg/mL), medium (5–25 μg/mL), and low (25–49 μg/mL). Not active >50 µg/mL (–).
