Abstract
We, the Editor and Publisher of Alexandria Journal of Medicine, have retracted the following article:

The authors of the above article requested that it be retracted due to issues with the research methodology which call the reliability of the presented data and the conclusions based there upon into question.
We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions.
The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
