Abstract
The small size polymeric PEG35k-Pd nanoparticles are key attractions for catalysis due to their large surface to volume ratio, non-toxicity, inexpensive, thermal stability, and recoverability. Polymeric PEG35k-Pd nanoparticles in the absence of phosphine ligands are insensitive to the air and moisture and act as an active heterogeneous catalyst for the reduction of nitroarenes.
