ABSTRACT

Despite of very valuable endowments and efforts, overall survival rates of cancer patients have changed little. To bring cancer under control is a much more impregnable and challenging job as cancer causing agents can be present in food, water, and air. Cancer is a major public health problem in USA and many other parts of the world. The present review abridges synthetic avenues to some Food and Drug Administration-approved anticancer drugs.
