Since the publication of this paper, the following issues have come to the Publisher’s attention which the Publisher, Editors and the authors would like to correct.
Figure 4 in the paper is identical to figure 4 in the paper:

This figure was not clearly referenced in the article, and permission had not been requested to re-use the figure. Permission has now been obtained and clear referencing included in the article.
Figure 1 is identical to figure 2b, Figure 6 is identical to Figure 7a, Figure 7a is an adapted version of Figure 14, Figure 7b is identical to 12c in the following paper:
