This article refers to:
Stalking experiences and associated factors—A controlled population-based study from Norway

Kjersti Narud, Christine Friestad & Alv A. Dahl. (2013) Stalking experiences and associated factors – a controlled population-based study from Norway? Nordic Journal of Psychiatry.

http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.3109/08039488.2013.844273

When the above article was first published online a calculation error had been made. The correct total weighted lifetime prevalence of stalking should read 8.1% (95% CI 6.6-9.4%). The error was caused by adding the prevalences for women (11.8%; 95%CI 10.2-13.5%) and men (4.3%; 95%CI 3.2-5.3%) rather than summing up and dividing by 2.

The error occurs in the article’s Abstract, in the Result section (on page 1), under the Results and Prevalence rates and in the Conclusion.

This has now been corrected in both the online version.

The authors apologise for this error.
