We are submitting correction notice for the manuscript “ROR1 and ROR2: novel targets for neuroblastoma” published in the issue dated September 2019, Volume 36, number 6. We believe these were accidental cut and paste errors. Importantly, these corrections do not change the conclusions of the original manuscript that ROR1 and ROR2 are expressed at the protein level in neuroblastoma.

Figure 1C: The western blot shown in Figure 1C was performed to evaluate whether ROR1 protein was expressed in neuroblastoma. In these errata we have removed this Figure from the manuscript since the 36 kDa band for the controls for patient samples 1–6 and 14–20 were duplicated in error. Unfortunately, we do not have any leftover lysates nor the snap frozen tissue to repeat the experiment to verify. However, ROR1 protein expression from patient samples were independently confirmed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) using formalin fixed paraffin embedded slides from cell lines and tissue microarray (TMA) representing 98 tumors as shown in Figure 3. Since these studies were done in an independent pathology laboratory, we assert that the IHC data confirms that the ROR1 protein is expressed in neuroblastoma patients and therefore does not change the original conclusions of the manuscript

Figure 3A and 4A: We also provide the corrected IHC images that confirm expression of both ROR1 and ROR2 at the protein level in neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y using the goat polyclonal antibody that was used to validate the staining conditions for the TMA.

Figure 4A: ROR2 expression by IHC

Figure 3D: We have corrected the typographical error in the figure legend: ROR1 staining intensity by NB stage (Staining intensity score as in 3B)

To further support the conclusions of the study we have included representative images from the neuroblastoma TMA as Supplementary Figure 1 to support the conclusions of the study.
