When the article was first published online, the name of one co-author, Howyda Mohamed Ebrahim, was inadvertently not listed in the author group. Also, the derivative ‘bromocriptine’ was incorrectly written in the title as ‘promocriptine’. These have now been added and corrected in both online and print versions.
