The authors of this paper wish to replace a paragraph in the above article as follows:
The error is on p. 97 in the first paragraph of the measures section, where we state that:
“In addition to the routine standardization and calibration tests performed by the laboratory, duplicate samples for 10% of specimens were submitted to UCL and to Quest Diagnostics in the US for analysis.”
Unfortunately, that statement is not correct. It should read:
“In addition to routine standardization and calibration tests performed by the laboratory, during the early stages of fieldwork nine individuals outside of the sample contributed triplicate sets of specimens: two sets were submitted to UCL and a third was sent to Quest Diagnostics in the U.S.”
