David Lewis
David Lewis is Originally from Vancouver, Canada, David previously lived and worked in Cape Town, South Africa from 2012–17, where his interest in both African Christian theology and World Christianity first emerged. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Centre for the Study of World Christianity at the University of Edinburgh. His current doctoral research examines the work of Wangari Maathai, John Chryssavgis, and Tore Johnsen, examining the relationship between Christian theology and ecology, inquiring as to how a World Christianity approach to ecology might help Christians engage with the issue of ecological crisis from various cultural and denominational perspectives.
