Liz Hume

ELIZABETH (LIZ) HUME is the Vice President for Programs and Strategy at the Alliance for Peacebuilding. She has 20+ years’ experience including working with the OSCE in BiH and Kosovo, IRC in Afghanistan, helping to establish the Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation at USAID, and running a Pact Program in Ethiopia. Liz holds a BA, JD, and MA.
