After online publication of the above article, concerns were raised with the journal about its authorship and ethical approval. We reached out to the authors’ institution for clarification of the issues but were informed that an investigation was ongoing. We have remained in contact with the institution as to the progress of their investigation but have subsequently been made aware of a new version of this article published elsewhere by S. M. Carr.
