When the above article was first published online on 18 August 2015, Qin Yang affiliation was listed in error as “Department of Neurology, The First Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China.”

The affiliation should be “Department of Neurology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China.” This has now been corrected in online version.

The author apologises for this error.
