Abstract
Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma is a recently described class of neoplasm defined as poorly differentiated non-small cell lung carcinoma containing a component of sarcoma or sarcoma-like features. We describe a case of this condition presenting as an orbital apex syndrome.
