In the Journal of Asthma (2011; 48: 923–930) for the article “Concomitant asthma medication use in patients receiving omalizumab: Results from three large insurance claims databases,” the authors have noticed an error since publication. In the section Study Design, there is an error in the National Drug Codes. The sentence should read as follows:
“To be included in the study population, patients were required to have at least one pharmacy dispensing (National Drug Codes: 50242004062; 50242004201) or medical claim (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System: J2357; S0107; C9217) for omalizumab.”
The authors apologize for this error.
