Following publication of this article, an error has been identified Table III. Under the column ‘Only hormone %’. The numbers 3411, 4820, 4722, 7112, 5413, 4922, and 4524 have to be substituted to the following percentages 34, 48, 47, 71, 54, 49, 45. Also, under the column ‘None %’ blank’ have to be substitute with the percentages 11, 20, 22, 12, 13, 22 and 24.
