A grammatical error was discovered in the abstract on p. 245 of the following article published in Immunological Investigations, Volume 39, Number 3:
“Aqueous Extract on the Activation of Murine Lymphocytes and Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophages” by C. S. Nworu, P. A. Akah, F. B. C. Okoye, P. Proksch, and C. O. Esimone
In the sentence “Various indices of activation and functions murine bone marrow-derived macrophages were significantly (p < 0.05) enhanced by pre-treatment with the extract, …” the word “of” has been omitted between the words “functions” and “murine.” The corrected sentence follows:
“Various indices of activation and functions of murine bone marrow-derived macrophages were significantly (p < 0.05) enhanced by pre-treatment with the extract, …”
