Following publication of this article two mistakes have been identified:
On page 33, the sentence “In general, depressive symptoms were associated with all Ss, whereas anxiety symptoms were associated with fatigue and muscle pain” should be: “In general, both anxiety and depressive symptoms were related to all Ss”.
On page 40, the sentence “Nonetheless, we specifically know now that depressive symptoms have an effect on all Ss studied (headache, stomach-ache, fatigue, dizziness, and muscle pain), whereas anxiety symptoms only affected fatigue and muscle pain” should be removed.
