We were made aware that this article was mistakenly published twice in Volume 42, Issue 1-2 and Volume 42, Issue 4 of Leukemia and Lymphoma.
We have therefore taken the decision to retract the second iteration of this paper.
The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as ‘retracted'.
