Due to technical problems rendering the pages in the PDF version of the above article when first published online, rows or footnotes were dropped from Tables 2, 3, and 5 and “+” characters were misaligned in “CD11c+” and “FoxP3+” in the Figure 5 caption. These errors were not present in the full text HTML version. Also, “Transf.” was incorrectly presented in the Table 1 column headings.
In the Table 1 footnote, “MCP” was incorrectly defined by the copyeditor. The correct definition is “mitoxantrone, chlorambucil, and prednisolone.”
