The authors have been made aware of an error in the ‘Current injection cycle’ section in the Results and in Table 2, both on page 421, there is a numerical error in the number of patients who were ‘Somewhat satisfied’ and ‘Very satisfied’ at the peak effect of therapy. The numbers should be 23 (22.5%) and 79 (77.5%), respectively.
