Abstract
Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) is extremely rare in the kidney. We present a case of primary renal MFH in a 55-yearold male and briefly review the disease. It is essential to differentiate MFH from more frequent renal cell carcinomas, because MFH represents a worse prognosis and requires different treatment.
