Abstract

Cases of benign sinusoidal-like fetal heart-rate pattern, associated with rhythmic movements of the fetal mouth, are reported as probably physiological. The importance of fetal behavior observation during prepartum. fetal heart-rate monitoring is stressed as a quick way to improve diagnostic accuracy in similar cases.
