One is solid-phase peptide synthesis under microwave irradiation the other is Suzuki and Still coupling on polymer (Larhed, M., Lindeberg, G., Hallberg, A. Tetrahedron Lett, 1996, 37, 8219)

  • Yu , A. M. , Yang , H. Z. Zhang , Z. P. Chem. J. Chin. Univ , FTIR spectra were recorded using Nicolet 170SX and Bruker EQUINOX 55 spctrometers. The resolution of FTIR spectrum was greatly improved when the resin beads were ground down prior to recording. In this case, it took only about 2mg of resin beads to obtain a satisfactory spectrum (for traditional KBr pellet method, it needs 10mg of beads): (in publish)
