  • , Crystal data for L,L-α-Neotame: Structure detemined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Monoclinic, space group P21with coordinates a =102.39(5) A0, b = 5.996(5) A0c = 15.299 (8) A0, and P = 102.39(5) A0. The sructure was refined to a final R = 0.0650 for 1184 data with F0>4σ (F0) and 0.0806 for all data measurements acquired. A water molecule was also present in the unit cell as a hydrate molecule of L,L-α-Neotame.
