Digital Psychiatry is a peer-reviewed, open access journal publishing research on digital applications across psychiatry, from psychotherapy to psychopharmacology.

The journal aims to move beyond the traditional means of diagnosis and treatment and into our modern era where technology and treatment intercept in the growing area of mental e-health and digital psychiatry.

Digital Psychiatry spans the subjects of child and adult psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, social psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine, and covers the following topics:
• e-health matters with a clear focus on mental health/psychiatry
• technical innovations
• computerized applications
• clinical focus
• digital policy making and evaluation

The journal includes the following research areas:
• Research and Development of diagnostic and therapeutic smart phone tools
• Research about AI and Development of clinical decision-making algorithm tools
• Research making use of modern technology gaming and virtual reality tools

The journal accepts original articles, review articles, debate and special topic issues.

The journal operates a single-blind peer review policy.

All articles will be made freely and permanently available online through gold open access publication.
