The flooding is very important in the city of Marseille. Every year, between August and November, storms appear and make lot of damage. In the view of this Problem, the Water and Sanitation Department of Marseille developed rains forecast and crisis management system. The hydrologic radar is the operational tool of the system. After a short description of the physical context, tools and alert organisation, we'll talk about stormy disaster, which causes two deaths and 400 MF of damage, on 19th September 2000. We'll describe the radar's pictures of this event.
