Abstract

Considering through time the multichannel bulk-service queue M/Mx/C. Ghare obtained the steady-state joint distribution of the number in the queue and the number of busy channels. This paper extends Ghare's analytical results by developing expressions for the measures of efficiency and delay distributions. and provides computer tabulations and charts of the measures of efficiency.
