Abstract
Observations of the use of cloakroom accommodation were made in a number of offices and the data collected was incorporated in a computer simulation model of the cloakroom situation. From the output of the model, revised scales of provision are proposed for sanitary accommodation in offices. Unlike the scales currently employed, these offer a consistent standard of service throughout their range.
