SIMMIDA: A Business Decision-Making Game

Pages 251-260 | Published online: 19 Dec 2017

Abstract

This game has been designed to provide a means, through a simulated business environment, of educating management in the assessment of the subjective probabilities and utilities required for statistical decision analysis. The game is described, together with some discussion of the results obtained from repeated trials of the game with participants drawn from business executives attending programmes at the London Business School.
