An annotated list of the birds observed on South Neptune Islands, South Australia, with information on their biology as available, is given, based on observations during the periods 24 November to 9 December 1967; 28 May to 9 June 1969; 14 October 1969 to 2 February 1970; and 20 April to 3 May 1970. Thirty-five species were recorded.
