Abstract
In this paper, we present the implementation of different reverberation algorithms in the Matlab programming environment. Matlab is a useful tool to analyze the algorithm's behavior under the signal processing point of view. In addition, the possibility of hearing the results is quite simple and fast. The reverberation algorithms are presented in terms of elementary blocks, and the details of the Matlab implementation of these blocks are depicted. Afterwards, we present the implementation of some of the most representative reverberation algorithms using those elementary blocks. Each reverberation algorithm has been reformulated in terms of their transfer function, in order to fit the Matlab filter function syntax.
