Intermediate uveitis and polyneuropathy in an elderly patient due to sarcoidosis

Abstract

Sarcoidosis was observed in a 60-year-old female with symptoms of intermediate uveitis and polyneuropathy. Although these symptoms are rarely seen for the first time in patients over 50 years of age, this combination should alert the physician to the possible diagnosis of sarcoidosis.
