Late Appearance and Slow Progression of a Breast Carcinoma Metastasis of the Index Metacarpal

Abstract

A case of metastasis into the index metacarpal is described. It appeared 11 years after mastectomy and progressed slowly. The patient has already survived this metastasis for 4 years.
