Abstract

Carcinoid tumours of the gastrointestinal tract are most commonly localized in the appendix, followed by the

small intestine and the rectum. Carcinoid tumours of the ampulla of Vater are extremely rare.

In this report, we present a long-term follow-up of a new case with carcinoid tumour of the ampulla of Vater.
