Abstract
Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is recognized as a minimally invasive alternative to open surgical repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms. However, endoleaks complicate nearly 20–25% of EVAR procedures. We discuss the detection and classification of endoleaks. In addition, we describe different strategies for Type 2 endoleak repair.
