Spontaneous rectus sheath hematoma: a Case Report

Abstract

Spontaneous rectus sheath hematoma is an uncommon condition which usually presents as acute abdomen, mimicking other abdominal disorders. Management must be initially conservative, but surgery is indicated in progressive hematomas.

We present a case report of rectus sheath hematoma conservatively managed.
