Giant Penile Tumour: a Case Report

Abstract

The verrucous carcinoma of the penis is described as a low-grade, well-differentiated variant of the spino-cellular carcinoma of the penis. We treated a patient with an enormous tumour of the external genitals. The resected specimen weighed 1850 grams. A review of the literature published in the last 10 years concerning this issue confirms its rare nature. A tumour of this size described.
