Abstract
Gastrointestinal tract duplications are uncommon congenital abnormalities, that may occur anywhere along the alimentary tract. Most frequently they occur at the level of the small bowel tract and are symptomatic before the age of two.
In our case we report the history of a 68-years old women with a colon duplication, especially a rectal duplication. This is very exceptional.
