Synthesis of Both 2,3-erythro- and 2,3-threo-lsomers of Aplidiasphingosine, a Marine Terpenoid

Abstract

Both 2,3-erythro- and 2,3-isomers of aplidiasphingosine were synthesized. By examining their 13C NMR spectra, 2,3-threo- and 13, \4-erythro-re\sLtivQ configurations are proposed for aplidiasphingosine.
