Abstract

To the Board of Directors of the Air Pollution Control Association

We have examined the statements of assets, liabilities and accumulated excess of revenue over expenses of Air Pollution Control Association as of April 30, 1975 and 1974 and the related statements of excess of revenue over expenses for the years then ended. Our examinations were made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly included such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances. It was impracticable for us to extend our examinations of the excess of revenue over expenses of the annual meeting committee beyond accounting for amounts so recorded.
