Abstract
The Fourth Government Affairs Seminar sponsored by the Air Pollution Control Association was held in Washington, D.C., on April 7-8, 1976. The APCA South Atlantic Section was host for this very successful annual meeting. The General Chairman of the Seminar Committee was Raymond W. Durante and the Program Co-Chairmen were Richard D. Grundy and Linda Duncan.
