Abstract
The 13th Government Affairs Seminar of the Air Pollution Control Association was held March 20-21, 1985 in Washington, D.C. The Seminar, held annually, has earned international attention as a forum for dialogue on federal environmental legislation. Keynote speaker for the 1985 Seminar was Senator John Chafee (R.-R.L), chairman of the Subcommittee on Environmental Pollution of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Joseph Cannon, former U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator for Air and Radiation gave the luncheon address.
