An Air Monitoring Program in a Chlorine Plant

Abstract

The industrial hygiene program conducted in a plant producing chlorine to determine the concentrations of chlorine in the work areas is described. A special apparatus was assembled and used which made continuous sampling feasible. The results of the study indicated that the chlorine concentrations were normally below the threshold limit.
