Abstract
The pesticide chemicals industry recognizes and accepts their responsibility for the effectiveness of the product and for proper safety precautions in manufacture, distribution, and application of the product. A five-stage development program for new products takes full cognizance of the possible toxicity hazards. Safety data for proper labeling and handling procedures are a part of the development.
