Abstract
A field study concerned with the education and experience background of operators of industrial x-ray equipment was conducted in Jefferson County, Alabama. The study included physical surveys of 21 industrial units and background data on operators, supervisors, and safety directors in eight industries. The procedure used is described along with findings of background and physical survey data and conclusions are stated.
