Toxic Effects of Allergenic Macromolecular Compounds on Guinea Pigs and Mice

Abstract

This is a report on preliminary studies of toxic and immunological effects obtained from experiments with guinea pigs and mice exposed to allergenic macromolecular compounds isolated in our laboratory from airborne particles. Results indicated that compounds A and B are antigenic substances with the same degree of toxicity.
